Paragraph. Kensora is an iPhone app organized around the Triad (Be, Do, Know) and the center where they meet. Instead of optimizing one slice of life, it holds the whole picture, on-device and private by default, with no ads and no attention economy. It's built to reduce screen time, protect sleep, and steady hard moments, and to return people to the real world rather than capture them.

Founder

About the founder

Kensora was founded by Josh Born, a mechanical engineer who built the tool he wished he'd had: a system that responds to where a person actually is, rather than amplifying their state. The fuller story is on the About page.
