How purchases and refunds work for Kensora.

Kensora is an iPhone app. Paid features, such as cloud AI usage beyond included limits, use a credit balance you can top up. Credits are one-time purchases (consumables), not an automatically renewing subscription; you are charged only when you choose to buy, and all material terms are shown before you pay.

In the app, credits are purchased through Apple's in-app purchase and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple: use Apple's refund request page or contact Apple Support.

Where web purchases are offered, they are processed by Stripe, and refunds are handled by us as required by law. For a web purchase refund, email hello@kensora.io. Optional mission-support contributions are not purchases of goods or services and are described on the Support the mission page.
