How do I get Kensora?
Kensora is in active development and not yet on the App Store. Join the early-access list and we'll reach out when there's a build to try.
What devices does it need?
Kensora is an iPhone app with an Apple Watch companion.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your journal, health, photos, contacts, calendar, and location stay on your device by default. We never sell your data or use it for ads. The full details are in the Privacy Policy.
What is the cloud AI, and how do I turn it off?
The Kensora chat can optionally use Claude (by Anthropic) for richer replies. It's off by default. You can turn it off any time in Settings, and new messages stop being sent immediately. See Pricing for how usage works.
How do I export or delete my data?
From in-app Settings you can export your data, delete your chat history, or delete your account and its data.
What is the Sleep Lockout?
A protected window each night when Kensora deliberately slows the conversation down rather than amplifying late-night momentum. It never blocks capturing a thought, a grounding exercise, or emergency help. More on The App.
Is Kensora medical advice?
No. Kensora is a wellbeing tool, not a medical device, and it does not diagnose or treat. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
How do I manage billing or a cloud-credit purchase?
Cloud credits and balance live in Settings → Billing in the app.
