The app

Inside Kensora.

Be, Do, and Know are the Triad. See / Why is the center where they meet. Together they share one picture, plus the quiet machinery that protects your sleep, steadies hard moments, and follows the light of the day.

The interfaces

A tab for each part of life, and one that draws them together.

From the bottom bar you move between the three parts of the Triad, Be, Do, and Know, and the center where they come together. Each one is a place to act, not a dashboard to monitor, a quick orientation here, with the full breakdown of what each does on Features.

Be · the people screen

Where your people, conversations, and circles live. Connection as part of the day, without a feed.

Do · Today, the daily screen

The day’s operating screen: one clear “what’s next,” drawn from your body, habits, and calendar.

Know · the inner screen

A private space to think, chat, journal, and quick check-ins, where the themes that keep coming back can surface.

See, and Why · the synthesis screen

The center, where Be, Do, and Know meet into one read of where you actually are. By day it is See, the whole picture; by night it becomes Why, the quieter question underneath it.

In motion

The whole app, in 100 seconds.

A guided tour through all four areas, built from real screens of the current build: what Kensora does today, and an honest look at what’s in development.

Sound on. About a minute and forty seconds.

Sleep & recovery

Sleep is treated as a signal, not a score to chase.

Connect Apple Health and Kensora reads last night's sleep into the day. It shows up in Do as a plain summary and in your See / Why overview as context, “you slept less than usual, keep today light,” rather than another number to optimize.

The point isn't a perfect sleep score. It's noticing how the nights connect to the days: which evenings led to harder mornings, and which steadier routines led to better ones.

The protected night

Sleep Lockout: some thoughts shouldn't become plans at 1am.

Kensora keeps a protected window each night, from 10pm to 4am. During it, the conversation deliberately slows down. Instead of expanding a big late-night idea into a plan, Kensora parks the thought for the morning, when it can be looked at in daylight.

It is not a wall. The lockout never blocks the things that matter most: you can still capture a thought, reach a short grounding exercise, and get to emergency help at any time. It simply declines to amplify, the same friction this whole app is built on, applied to the hours when momentum is most dangerous.

“There's nothing to solve right now, the thought will keep until morning.”

Late-night ideas that don't survive sunlight aren't lost work. Letting them rest is the healthy thing, and Kensora is built to help with that rather than work against it.

Safety Mode

A calmer mode for the moments that need slowing down.

You can turn on Safety Mode any time from Settings, and in the late evening Kensora eases into it on its own. In this mode the assistant keeps replies short, grounding, and action-oriented, and steers away from big, irreversible late-night decisions. Same tool, a steadier voice.

Underneath everything sits a fixed safety floor that no setting can turn off. If language suggests a crisis, Kensora responds with care and the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, always one tap away. If you've chosen a trusted person in Be, a hard moment can gently remind you that you wanted to reach them, but the choice is always yours. Kensora never messages anyone on your behalf.

Today these protections run on the clock and on your choice. Reading them from your own sleep and stress patterns, so the app can offer to slow down before you ask, is part of where Kensora is going.

Day & night

The app follows the light where you are.

Kensora reads your local sunrise and sunset and shifts with them: light and open by day, calm and dark at night, to settle the screen down as the evening does. A sun and moon toggle on every screen lets you override it until the next sunrise or sunset. This very site does the same thing.

It's a small thing, but it's the whole philosophy in miniature: technology that fits the rhythm of your life instead of pulling against it.
